MV Agusta Brutale 800 India launch in July 2017

The lower displacement Brutale will be brought to India via the SKD (Semi Knocked Down) route. Kinetic Motoroyale will be launching the 2017 MV Agusta Brutale 800 in July reveals a report in Car and Bike, citing Mr Ajinkya Firodia, Managing Director, Motoroyale.

The 2017 MV Agusta Brutale 800 is powered by a three-cylinder 798 cc mill coupled to a 6-speed gearbox. The engine is capable of producing 110 PS of maximum power at 11,500 rpm and 83 Nm of peak torque at 7,600 rpm. It also gets a new MV Agusta EAS 2.0 (Electronically Assisted Shift up & down). It has a multi-map ride by wire with different riding modes and an 8-level traction control.

The MV Agusta Brutale gets twin 320 mm disc up front and a 220 mm unit in the rear. Switchable ABS has been sourced from Bosch and the bike gets premium Pirelli Diablo Rosso III tyres.

The larger displacement MV Agusta Brutale 1090 is priced at INR 19.3 lakhs (ex-showroom, Pune) and a Brutale 800 at around INR 15 lakhs certainly seems an interesting deal.
